Our promise to You

We don't care about our color.

It's strange that we even have to say this in the year 2020, but it hasn't been

equal. We'll strive to be.

We embrace both genders in STEM.

Everyone has talent, and everyone has a capacity for drive. Show us your

ambition, and we'll work on this vision together.

We want to build and grow careers.

It's tough to get into fields like these, especially when you're young. We'll give

you a running start you'll value.
