2021 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders effects new actions and leadership appointments.

Held virtually, our shareholders voted to progress and advance this new year.
PHOENIX, AZ, USA - MAY 7, 2021 - Rosotics, Inc. (www.rosotics.com), creator of the world’s most advanced metal additive manufacturing systems, concluded its 2021 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders this morning from our Tempe, AZ facility.
Commencing at 2:49 PM MST, the statement of Mission and Values was delivered by Christian LaRosa, before the Condition of the Company was delivered by Austin Thurman. The first voted action, Election of three Directors, was introduced before a personal statement was delivered by each nominee - Christian LaRosa, Vanessa Alexander, and Austin Thurman. The position of Chairman of the Board for FY21 was nominated to Austin Thurman. Each nominee was confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of shareholders. The new Board of Directors will begin meeting the week of May 10, 2021.
The second voted action, Ratification of the Actions of the Board, was introduced by the Board of Directors. Two actions were proposed to the Shareholders for ratification - the first action constituting the re-election of Christian LaRosa as Chief Executive Officer and the election of Austin Thurman as Chief Operating Officer; the second action revising the regular meeting schedule of the Board of Directors to a 'bi-weekly' schedule. The action was confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of shareholders.
The third voted action, to authorize a forward stock split of all authorized common shares, was introduced by Austin Thurman. The action was confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of shareholders.
The fourth voted action, a shareholder proposal requesting monthly internal newsletters of company activities, submitted by Gianmarco Salzano was introduced. The action was confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of shareholders. This newsletter will be published on the first week of every month, beginning August 2021.
The fifth voted action, a shareholder proposal requesting a shareholder report, submitted by Gianmarco Salzano was introduced. The action was confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of shareholders.
The sixth and final voted action, a shareholder proposal for the adoption of a digital asset investment and processing policy, submitted by Christian LaRosa was introduced. The action was confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of shareholders.
Closing Remarks were then given by Austin Thurman, and the Annual Meeting was adjourned at 3:46 PM MST.
Additionally, several title changes were passed today for FY21. Effective today, Chandan Y.N. Gowda will continue to serve as Machine Learning Architect and John Walling will continue to serve as Senior Business Strategist. Jared Sanborn will continue to serve in an advisory role.
