Rosotics has designed, developed, and plans to test airborne manufacturing systems in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) statutes. We have undergone development on two separate airborne variants for Stinger - one designed to operate under the 25 kg dry weight threshold and under 14 CFR Part 107 (the FAA's Small UAS Exception) with waivers as appropriate and with automated NOTAM filing as appropriate; and one designed to operate above the 25 kg dry weight threshold and under Special Authority for Certain Unmanned Systems (40 U.S.C. § 44807) using a blanket or requested COA and with an automated NOTAM filing as appropriate. Each variant aircraft will be registered as an sUAS or a UA and have a registration number affixed to the exterior. Each variant aircraft will operate under the authority of an overarching controller with FAA Remote Pilot Certification.
