Rosotics is recruiting hourly assembly-line workers in the Tempe, AZ area for a unique and meaningful project to enable advanced disaster-relief technologies. This position is considered 'low-skill'. Applicants with prior engineering or electronics experience are preferred, however not required. Your work will contribute to the production of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related technologies. This position is temporary, and will be sourced based on production demands. The location of this position is in the Tempe area, near Arizona State University, and students are encouraged to apply.


Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers. Must be willing to commute to the Tempe area.

  • Assemble highly reliable autonomous aerial vehicle (UAV) systems

  • Implement testing and quality-control procedures

  • Support critical milestones and enhance production throughput


  • High School Diploma

  • Demonstrative positive experience in a relevant field


  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline

  • Experience assembling or constructing systems

  • Great creative and innovative problem-solving skills

  • Operations experience on a complex system that has high consequences in the event of failure

  • Passion for advancing the manufacturing industry, in all aspects

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up atmosphere


  • Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts.
